Share OD/ID, length, mesh type, and how many filters you clean per batch. Tank and basket are designed around this.

Contamination Type

Oil sludge, carbon, salt deposits, paint, polymer, or fine particulate—each needs the right chemistry and temperature.

Cycle Time & Throughput

Define daily cleaning quantity and allowed turnaround time. We recommend stage-wise cycle timing accordingly.

Heating & Filtration

Heating improves oil removal. Filtration helps extend bath life by capturing loosened particles and sludge.
